Hi all, I wanted to share the plans for my new investment property in the Bagley neighborhood of Detroit. From an aesthetic prospective, I think this is the nicest exterior of a home I have gotten yet. However there is work to be done!
On the outside, I am planning on putting aluminum trim to clean the chipped fascia board, putting in new gutters, and painting the cement and front door. Also add mulch and trim and edge the lawn.
In the kitchen, I plan on painting the cabinets white, putting in modern fixtures, a pull down faucet, a new sink, stainless steel appliances, a ceramic tile backdrop.
Throughout the home we are going to go with a two-tone silver bullet and white paint.
This backroom is a mess. We are going to need to take it down to the studs, redrywall, and trim out the windows and floor. We also will be vinyl planking the floor. In this half bath we will be ripping out the flooring, and taking out the tile and replacing with the Mosaic tile below. We will be keeping the vanity and toilet. The basement is really interesting… we plan on covering the blue with a white, and then taking down the ceiling and painting it black. We will also take out this wood subfloor paint the floor as well. I’m really interested to see how this will turn out!
